Town & Country Missouri Candle #26

Regular price $40

Sandalwood and cashmere in a hand-poured soy candle — Town & Country Missouri scent is the kind of thing that makes a room feel finished without you being able to put your finger on exactly why. Poured in small batches, the fragrance oil distribution is consistent from the first match to the last — no top-heavy scent throw that fades halfway through the jar. The sandalwood grounds things with just enough warmth to feel lived-in, and the cashmere note lifts it into something that reads more like a well-appointed living room than a candle store. It's a scent that works year-round but really earns its place in fall and winter, when you want the house to feel welcoming before anyone even gets their coat off.

  • Hand-poured in small batches for consistent fragrance oil distribution and an even burn
  • Made with a soy wax blend — cleaner-burning than paraffin, without harsh chemical output
  • Sandalwood & cashmere fragrance profile: warm, grounding, and refined without being heavy
  • High-quality fragrance oils used throughout — scent throw stays true from first burn to last
  • Long-lasting, even burn so the fragrance develops gradually rather than peaking and dropping off
  • Timeless, unfussy design that works in a bedroom, living room, or on a gift table
  • Named for Town & Country, Missouri — a local detail that gives it a little context and a natural conversation starter

To get the most from your soy candle, let it burn long enough on the first use for the wax pool to reach the edges of the jar — usually two to three hours. This prevents tunneling and ensures the sandalwood cashmere scent throws evenly for every subsequent burn. Trim the wick to about a quarter inch before each use; a longer wick produces more soot and a less controlled flame. Keep the candle away from drafts, and once the wax gets down to the last half inch, it's time to retire it — the glass gets hot at that point. The jar cleans up easily with warm water once it's empty, and it makes a nice small vessel for cotton balls or paper clips after the candle is done.
